Balsamic Honey Chicken



Into a zip-loc bag:

½ c. balsamic vinegar
½ c. honey
½ c. brown sugar
¼ c. soy sauce
5-cloves garlic, crushed
3-rosemary sprigs
5-pieces chicken (boneless breasts), cut in half if they are large


Instructions:

Marinate the chicken at least 2 hours.  Save the marinade to a pot. Boil 10 minutes to thicken – it will coat the back of a spoon.
Set oven to 400 F.  Bake the chicken pieces on a baking sheet, 25 minutes.  Put sauce on baked chicken and serve.



(Good with couscous and a green vegetable.)
